At SKOOT we have we quietly reached a huge milestone… 700 clients.
When we started SKOOT, we made ourselves one promise, we would never grow so quickly that we compromised our reputation or reliability.
Those two things sit at the absolute core of what we do.
Recently, we’ve rolled out new technology and implemented some staffing changes. While these upgrades are setting us up for the future, they have caused some short-term teething issues. That’s on us and we take it seriously. In true SKOOT fashion, we are choosing sustainability over speed of growth.
We will be pausing new Service Agreements and Client Onboardings until 1 April 2026.
This gives us the space to refine, stabilise, and ensure the service our clients receive continues to meet the impeccable standard they have come to expect from us.
If you have submitted an enquiry, thank you. We have received it and will begin responding when we reopen to new clients from 1 April 2026.
When we return, it will also mark our 2nd Birthday, and we are excited to launch our brand new SKOOT Client App, bringing freedom to your fingertips.
